Return Window
• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
• We may refuse returns for damaged items caused by misuse.

How to Request a Return
1) Contact us and provide your order number.
2) Tell us the reason for return and attach photos/video if the item is defective.
3) We’ll send return instructions and the return address (do not return without approval).

Refunds
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 3–10 business days (depends on payment provider/bank).

Return Shipping
• If the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, we’ll cover return shipping.
• For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
