What’s Covered
• Hardware faults under normal use.
• Factory defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered
• Accidental damage (drops, water damage), misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Software issues caused by third-party apps or user settings.

How to Claim Warranty
1) Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
2) Provide photos/video showing the problem.
3) We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and arrange repair/replacement if eligible.
