Depending on the case, realme offers different solutions to repair your device. To send your product to a realme authorized repair center, it is the guarantee of an intervention made by experts trained and certified by realme and the use of certified original parts. To know the progress of your repair, you can contact the repair center directly.

3.Before you send your phone:

When sending a phone for the repair, please bring your warranty booklet, a copy of the valid proof of purchase along with the original invoice.

Before sending the device for repair, please backup and then delete all the data (such as phone numbers, texts, pictures, etc.) that you have stored, so as to avoid any loss or disclosure during subsequent repair. To respect your privacy, realme repair center and its staff will not be responsible for backing up or restoring data for you, and will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of data.

4.How much does my repair cost?

If the repair is covered by the warranty conditions, there will be no cost.

If the fault is not covered, it will depend on the type of repair.

As for logistics, you can contact the repair center for logistics assistance. realme will bear the two-way logistics fee for in-warranty repair.
